FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required after the date is booked — this secures your spot on the flight.
The remaining 50% can be paid on the day I pick up the pet or upon arrival (whichever is more convenient for you).

How can I make the deposit?
I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, T-Bank, Sberbank, as well as Western Union and MoneyGram.

Can you take two or three puppies at once?
Yes, I often take 2–3 puppies on the same flight.

Do you take “difficult” and brachycephalic breeds?
Yes! French/English bulldogs, pugs, Pekingese, Shih Tzu, boxers — I fly with them in the cabin as a service dog. Other transporters usually refuse them.

What if the dog is more than 8–10 kg?
No problem — I take dogs of any weight in the cabin.

How long is the flight, and how often will I get updates?
It depends on the route. You will receive photos and videos every few hours, plus short messages like “sleeping,” “ate,” “walking at the airport.”

What documents are needed from the breeder/owner?
Only a veterinary passport with vaccinations and a microchip. I handle all other paperwork.

Can I pay the full amount upon arrival?
No, only the initial 50% deposit, which is non-refundable, as I immediately begin processing documents, booking, and purchasing tickets.

How soon is the transfer possible?
Usually within 3–4 weeks after the deposit. In some cases, the process can be accelerated. However, timing depends on my schedule, the pet’s age, recent vaccinations, and the availability of pet tickets on the required flights.
